Storage of your data
Our Company securely stores your data at our central management system. This is securely protected and access is only given to Pave staff who process your bookings.
Our Company will keep your personal data for 6 months after the end the Pave experience. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data from our records unless you specifically opt to receive information on future Pave experiences and therefore keep your details on our system.
We will continue to process your information under this basis until you withdraw consent or it is determined your consent no longer exists.
We do share your personal information with third parties and they include; accommodation sites, activity and excursion companies, internship host organisations.

If, as determined by us, the lawful basis upon which we process your personal information changes, we will notify you about the change and any new lawful basis to be used if required. We shall stop processing your personal information if the lawful basis used is no longer relevant.
