How long is my flight?
Obviously it will depend on the country you’re travelling from and which Indian city the Experience is set in. To give you some perspective, a direct flight from the UK (London Heathrow) to India (Mumbai) takes approximately 9 hours.
Can I arrive earlier than the Experience start or end date?
You can. Though you should check how long you can be in the country on your tourist visa. All Experiences will definitely allow you to stay in the country on the minimum length tourist visa and usually there is a buffer which allows you to arrive earlier or leave later, whichever you prefer. Get in touch with us in advance and we can assist if you wish to make any personal travel arrangements outside of your Experience.
What happens when I land at the airport in India?
On arrival, our coordinators will be waiting for you with shiny placard with your name at the arrivals gate to welcome you.
