Dealing with a cancellation and/or refund


Do I get a full refund if I cancel?

Obviously we will be sad to see you cancel once you’ve made a booking for an Experience.

If you cancel a booking, your cancellation policy is set out in full in your Terms of Business. Any applicable refund is determined by the cancellation policy and at the time of your cancellation.

When do I receive my refund?

Once you have an applicable refund, your refund will be processed immediately. It can take anywhere from 1 to 15 business days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your country and how you paid.

If there is a delay, it’s best to contact your payment processor such as your bank or card issuer.
